Why we built a reservoir instead of a warehouse

LakeB2B Reseller started from a familiar complaint: teams buying "fresh" B2B lists that were really just old exports, resold as-is, with no one checking what had gone stale. Records decay fast — people change jobs, companies merge, emails go quiet.

Instead of reselling raw feeds, we built a reservoir: data drawn from multiple verified upstream sources, filtered for duplicates and errors, and topped up continuously so the water stays clean rather than settling.

Every list we resell is drawn from that same maintained reservoir — which is why our clients can trust a record on the day they get it, not just the day it was first collected.
